My name is Denis Bosnyak and since I have been in hospitality business for more than a decade, I have learned that the experience of a guest depends, not only on the taste or an ambiance, but also on the appearance of a Cocktail or the Wine. Just as the chef has the task of finding a suitable plate on which to serve his dish, so the bartender has the task of finding a suitable glass in which to serve his cocktail.
